WHAT OUR SETUP FEE COVERS

EziBrand’s Set Up Fees cover the cost of preparing your job for screen or digital print and supplying proofs. It DOES NOT include the physical screen which we WILL NOT retain for repeat orders.

PDF’S

PDF files should retain the editing function of the original program that created them. The raster requirements above should also be met.

PROOFS FOR APPROVAL

EziBrand sends you an electronic proof for approval before printing. Physical samples can be supplied for an extra fee. We will not commence printing until we have received your signed approval.

RASTER FILES – TIF, JPG, PSD

We can deal with Raster Files, providing they are supplied at 100% of print size, and are 300dpi resolution. We cannot guarantee colour accuracy when printing raster files. All layers should be left intact.

ARTWORK CHARGES

EziBrand expects to make small changes to ensure your art suits our print methods and there is no charge for this. However we will charge you if substantial art changes are required.

VECTOR FILES – AI & EPS

EziBrand’s preferred artwork are vector files. All text in these files must be converted to outlines. Your colours should be converted to spot colours and you should nominate a Pantone Coated Colour.

MAXIMUM PRINT SIZE

EziBrand’s maximum Screen Print size is 35cm by 40cm and our maximum Direct to Garment print size is 40cm wide by 40cm high (coloured garments) and 40cm wide by 36cm high (white garments).
